HR Unit - where you make an impact
-
You will be part of the HR team, responsible for supporting the organization in areas such as recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, work environment, succession planning, and competence and talent development
- Ensure that our colleagues and the wider organization collaborate effectively in our joint efforts toward our vision
- Develop employee‑related processes
- With us, you will find a warm and familiar atmosphere where people connect, have fun, support each other, and work together
- The department consists of 13 people, and you report to the Senior Director Human Resources
My experience in the International Early Career Program has been one of the most meaningful steps in my professional growth. With a background in Chemical Engineering and a home role in QC IT, I didn’t expect that part of my rotation would lead me into HR IS but it became an incredibly valuable chapter of my journey. Supporting the coordination of Octapharma’s Corporate Sustainability Report gave me new insight into how our organization works on a broader level and showed me the impact of cross‑functional collaboration. Although my home position is in a different area than this role, I can genuinely recommend the program to anyone who is curious, driven, and eager to develop. IECP is a unique opportunity to explore new perspectives, grow your skills, and discover possibilities you might not have imagined at the start.
