“Looking back at my two years in the International Early Career Program, I’m amazed by how much I’ve grown both professionally and personally. From day one I was trusted with real responsibilities, supported by a mentor who challenged me to think bigger. The international rotations were a true highlight, working abroad gave me hands‑on experience with different production sites and the chance to build a global network of colleagues who have become close collaborators. Being part of IECP has given me a unique foundation not just to start my career, but to shape the expert I want to become.”
