Your new challenges which will inspire you:

 

  • Disciplinary and functional lead of project managers within the department
  • Manage, steer and coordinate all CAPEX projects within Operations
  • Facilitation of site development strategies including set up of investment programs
  • Temporary acting as Senior Project Manager for selected strategic and large investment projects
  • Lead site prioritization process and facilitate project management related processes 
  • Active contract management and claim management for strategic projects
  • Responsibility of project budgeting
  • Visualize project portfolio dependencies, risks and bottlenecks in order to reach defined goals and benefits
  • Responsible for project management database, organize and coordinate project management trainings
  • Provides data analysis and recommendations based on system reporting

 

Your profile that will convince us: 

 

  • Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or biotechnology
  • Substantial Experience as Project Manager for large CAPEX projects
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Project Management
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker
  • Independent and precise way of working
  • Experience in the pharma business is a plus
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • An excellent command of English and German
  • Willingness to occasional business trips
  • Analytical, process and goal-oriented way of acting
  • High level of self-motivation, personal responsibility, and problem-solving skills

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 5.745,26. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
