This is a part-time role with a weekly working time of 20 hours.


 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities 

  • Prepare and review GMP-related production and supplier documentation, including study plans, reports, and technical documents
  • Enter and maintain production-related data in reports, mass balances, and parameter sheets
  • Support the administration and management of GMP-relevant documentation within Group Pilot Production 
  • Support preparatory activities for pilot-scale production of technical, pre-clinical, and clinical materials

 

 

Your expertise and ideal skill set 

  • Currently enrolled university student, ideally in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field
  • Confident handling of digital workplace tools, especially Microsoft 365 applications (Excel and Word)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Open-minded and self-driven team player with strong collaboration skills in international environments 
  • First experience in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage

  • As the Manufacturing Science and Technology department, our primary mission is to support production by providing scientific and technical expertise, optimizing processes, and ensuring that manufacturing runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 3,395.16 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
