We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join the International Production Integration (IPI) team within Group Project Management. You will drive technology transfer projects from initiation to handover and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement new production processes and products across global sites.
The position is offered on a fixed-term basis as a parental leave cover until March 31, 2028.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor technology transfer projects from initiation to handover, ensuring GxP/GMP compliance
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, track key deliverables and conduct regular project status reviews
- Prepare and maintain essential project documents, including Technology Transfer Plans and Reports, Project Specifications, and User Requirement Specifications
- Support the development and implementation of production equipment, facilities, and utilities, and manage the transfer of new production processes/products between Octapharma sites and external partners
Your expertise and ideal skill set
- Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams (the pharmaceutical industry is desirable)
- Open to international travel and assignments outside Europe (40–60%)
- Fluent in Englisch; German and additional language skills are a plus
- Strategic, process-oriented thinker with strong analytical abilities and an effective team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

- We, the Corporate Project Management Office department, together with our local PMOs at the production sites, are jointly responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of projects within the Octapharma Group. As such, we serve as a link between the specialist departments and external partners.

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
