Your new challenges which will inspire you:

 

  • Translate long term production plans into mid-short terms considering quality and regulatory environment, demand plans and capacities
  • Manage intermediates stock, quality status follow-up and transfers according to business rules and markets requirements 
  • Process owner and responsible for operational coordination of plasma supply planning and distribution process at group level
  • Manage global plasma supply budget (volume per site, per product, yearly/monthly/weekly) and long term projections
  • Support material requirement planning, analyze impacts of material supply issue and provide priorities
  • Maintain KPIs and reports for plasma and production planning activities
  • Develop and support digitalization and automation in planning area

 

Your profile that will convince us: 

 

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in production planning, within Pharmaceutical Industry preferably
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel; used to work with SAP
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills 
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a multinational fast paced environment
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.909,67. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
