Your new challenges which will inspire you:

 

  • Design, install, and manage both on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments
  • Collaborate with business, security, and IT teams to develop and maintain policies and standards for directory services
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows Server and identity management issues
  • Mentor the infrastructure team on best practices for AD and Entra ID architecture and operations
  • Provides escalated support for Business-Critical issues
  • Ensure licensing compliance and manage enterprise software agreements
  • Support authentication protocols like LDAP, Kerberos, and ADFS
  • Work with other IT teams to deliver security-focused solutions and maintain a reliable infrastructure

 

Your profile that will convince us: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 7-10 years of enterprise IT experience
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server administration, including cloud platforms (Azure, VMware, Nutanix)
  • Proficiency in authentication technologies like Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth, plus automation and scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud) and understanding of disaster recovery practices
  • Strong strategic planning with experience in setting goals and mentoring teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and communication skills to collaborate across teams
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 %

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
