Your new challenges which will inspire you:
- Lead the charge in converging Operational Technology (OT) with Information Technology (IT)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise as a strategic business partner ensuring alignment between strategic goals and technological advancements
- Capture and prioritize business needs, translating them into actionable solutions that deliver measurable benefits
- Ensure that technology aligns with business objectives, enabling efficient operations while fostering growth and business continuity
- Support the digital transformation of manufacturing operations, addressing legacy systems, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, and overseeing the full lifecycle management of IT/OT assets to optimize performance and future-proof operations
- Guiding teams through the change management process, and championing a forward-thinking approach to continuous improvement
- Lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering these results, fostering collaboration, empowering team members, and ensuring that the execution of IT/OT initiatives is aligned with business priorities, on time, and within budget
- Ensure availability, and continuous improvement of IT/OT applications within your scope (e.g., Track and Trace on packaging lines, CMMS, OT Connectivity Layer), overseeing system performance, managing incidents, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to minimize disruptions and uphold service level agreements (SLAs)
Your profile that will convince us:
- Degree in computer science or an equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT leadership positions, including at least 3 years managing and/or directing an OT area
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similarly highly regulated sectors is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge about structured product and project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, ITIL, or similar)
- Good user knowledge about OT platforms like PCS7, SCADA, HMIs, and Data Historians is advantageous
- Ability to capture, prioritize, and translate business needs into actionable technological solutions
- Ability to guide teams through change management, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25 %
- Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and willingness to develop further

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 5.538,85. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
