Your new challenges which will inspire you:

 

  • Manage the consensus demand planning process through close daily communication with the global sales team and supply chain planning team
  • Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and demand drivers, and provide consultation to markets
  • Identify business opportunities and tender projects in markets, ensuring proper integration into the demand plan
  • Lead the demand review process with key markets to maintain an 18-month rolling fore-cast through collaborative planning
  • Generate, validate, and adjust statistical models to continuously improve forecasting accu-racy
  • Monitor and address data integrity issues, ensuring accuracy in the demand planning system and reports
  • Lead monthly continuous improvement forum, to identify improvement potential and set up action plan with stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports with root cause analysis of errors and propose corrective actions
  • Actively participate in the S&OP/S&OE process to address demand topics, resolve issues, and execute agreed actions

 

Your profile that will convince us: 

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in demand management and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s or higher in business administration or Supply Chain
  • International experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the pharmaceuti-cal sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and German is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to work in diverse cultural settings
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with tools such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, or Power BI is an advantage
  • Experience in advanced planning tool development and lateral leadership is desirable
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
