Your new challenges which will inspire you:
- Detailed daily, weekly and monthly review as well as accurate maintenance of inventory data
- Identification and tracking of slow-moving inventory
- Ensure inventory is used optimally to avoid obsolete inventory and waste
- Track batch release and release status changes
- Carrying out the assignment of the finished product to customer orders, taking into account regulatory and customer-specific requirements as well as quality requirements
- Communicate any changes related to the delivery of sales orders to Corporate and Local Customer Service
- Weekly review VMI replenishment and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts in the subsidiaries
- Tracking regulatory changes in each market and coordinating the change with the stakeholders involved
- Attend weekly S&OE meetings, escalate any issues that impact short-term planning and execution
- Drive continuous improvement, be open to change and new initiatives, and contribute to S&OE projects and initiatives
Your profile that will convince us:
- Academic education in Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or Business Informatics
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain area, preferably in manufacturing environment
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel; used to work with SAP
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical and rational decision-making skills
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work flexible hours when required
- High level of attention to details and accuracy of information
