Your new challenges which will inspire you:
 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, take detailed minutes and update calendar
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations
  • Create spreadsheets and presentations

 

Your profile that will convince us: 
 

  • Completed education (Secondary school or higher)
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Self-motivated, proactive with attention to detail
  • Excellent German and English communication skills both written and spoken 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Additional information:
 

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 2.830,38. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay salaries higher than collectively agreed.
