Your main tasks and responsibilities 

• Creation of purchase orders and tracking, including clarifications in case of deviations
• Interface between suppliers and internal customers
• Complaint handling towards suppliers
• Request for Quotations and Negotiations
• Master Data Management in SAP
   

Your expertise and ideal skill set 

• Minimum High School diploma
• At least 1 year of work experience in Procurement
• Strong IT knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel, SAP)
• Fluent German and English skills (written and oral)
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexible in a constantly changing environment

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 3.395,16 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
