What will you be doing as Lead Expert Total Rewards?

 

  • Develop the Compensation & Benefits specialty area by setting goals and strategies to create an attractive rewards offering in alignment with Octapharma strategy
  • Support the management team and managers by providing strategic and operational support in the total rewards area
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, and union representatives to ensure a fair salary structure
  • Ensure that the local job architecture aligns with Group guidelines
  • Inform and educate the organization within the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop an attractive and functional benefits offering according to global guidelines
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure that Octapharma Stockholm complies with the EU Pay Transparency Directive in accordance with local legislation
  • Lead the implementation of HR processes according to laws and collective agreements, including salary analysis, salary review, gender pay mapping, annual bonus process, review of benefits packages, and pension and insurance management

 

 

Who are you?

 

  • BSc degree in Personnel Administration, Economics, Law, or vocational education in HR/Compensation & Benefits
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Compensation & Benefits specialty area or equivalent
  • Experience in union negotiations
  • Experience working with job evaluation, job architecture, and market salary data
  • Fluently in Swedish and with excellent knowledge of English 
  • Good system skills, with strong experience in Excel and other Office packages

 

 

HR Unit

 

  • Support the rest of the organization in matters such as recruitment, salary, employee benefits, work environment, succession planning, competence & talent development
  • Ensure that our colleagues and the rest of the organization collaborate effectively in our joint efforts towards our vision
  • Develop personnel-related processes

  • The department consists of 13 people, and you report to the head of the department
