What will you be doing as Group Sr Engineer Maintenance and digitalization?

 

  • Support our corporate Technical Organization which is structured into three divisions: Corporate Engineering, Corporate Automation and Corporate Maintenance.
  • Focus on maintaining and improving the maintenance strategy including plan type and content (intervals, conditions)
  • Integrate digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support Implentation of new digital tools
  • Develop diagnostic assistance with artificial intelligence tools
  • Utilize associate forums and predictive maintenance programs
  • Improve and connect CMMS databases
  • Implement maintenance KPIs 
  • Facilitate the generation of detailed reports regarding maintenance intervention, thus reducing document processing time, and time spent writing manual documents
  • Facilitate accessibility to knowledge information (how to, technical information, experience, procedures)
  • Optimize equipment availability and perform maintenance efficiently and effectively across all our sites

 


Who are you?

 

  • Maintenance Engineer
  • Knowledge in CMMS, BMS, AI tools, data analysis, OEE and KPI development
  • Experience with Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, Continuous improvement
  • Process & System Owner
  • Project Management & Relationship management
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
