The position is based at our production site in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. 

 

What will you be doing as Group Lead Analyst IT Compliance? 

 

  • As a part of the Global IT team, you will work closely together with IT teams as well as other business stakeholders, to maintain and further develop the Octapharma quality management system to ensure compliant management of computerised systems
  • You will participate in the development of strategic roadmaps and be an important contributor in the strive for compliant, fully digital, efficient processes that can be implemented at a global scale. We strive to support and implement agile principles where possible
  • Daily work will include coordination and IT compliance support for our corporate business applications. You will train and support IT and business stakeholders in the principles of computer system validation and oversee that these requirements are covered during the application lifecycle
  • Project and/or validation lead responsibility could additionally be required for critical, designated projects
  • Support for audits and health authority inspections

 

 

Who are you? 

 

  • You have a university degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar (bachelor or higher) and at least 10 years of experience in computer system validation and qualification, from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • We expect leadership or people management experience (two years or longer), in a role as manager, team lead or project manager
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and is fluent in both English and Swedish
  • You are a collaborative team member who enjoys changes, challenges and problem solving. We expect you to demonstrate both responsibility and Initiative
