What will you be doing as Corporate Automation Engineer?
- Define and implement the strategic development of automation initiatives within the organization
- Work closely with various corporate functions and automation teams to ensure alignment with company objectives related to capacity, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Facilitate the establishment of the Corporate Automation Library and its qualification framework in collaboration with local sites
- Support the transfer of the standards to the local sites and actively participate in the ongoing development of detailed design
- Monitor emerging trends in approaches, methodologies, and technologies within the automation sector, and evaluate their potential benefits for the company
- Enhance collaboration among various automation groups to facilitate the exchange of expertise and best practices
- Serve as an internal consultant, advisor, and expert across the organization within your area of expertise
- Become part of our team to gain hands-on experience and insights into the pharmaceutical industry
- Work within a motivated team in an international and highly dynamic environment
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Automation and over 10 years of experience in the field
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic development and standardization of automation activities
- In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and best practices
- Exceptional project management and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in automation

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
