What will you be doing as OctaLIMS Corporate System Administrator?

• Input of production-related master data and test plans into our laboratory Information systems octaLIMS (LabVantage)
• Administration of the overall system including definition of test methods and corresponding calculations in collaboration with our key users 
• Further development and ongoing optimization of the system as well as support of (key) users as an interface to IT and octaLIMS administration, e.g. access and authorization management, incident management 
• Conducting training courses and creating and maintenance of user manuals and SOPs 
• Validation support for pre-qualification as well as support for audits and inspections 

Who are you?

• Degree in computer science, chemistry or biology with additional IT qualification   
• (Good) knowledge of GMP and GAMP as well as strong technical understanding 
• Knowledge of microbiology and/or chemical analysis as well as LIMS administration an advantage 
• Experienced use of MS Office and very good knowledge of English and Swedish (written and spoken)
