What will you be doing as a Country Manager?
As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and operational management of Octapharma's business in your country. You will serve as the primary representative of the company, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while driving market growth and customer engagement in full compliance with local regulations.
- Market Development:
Establish and expand the presence of all Octapharma products in the market, identifying new opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth.
- Representation:
Act as the primary liaison between Octapharma and key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, government agencies, and partners within the country.
- Account Management:
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by effectively communicating product value, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service.
Who are you?
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable role or within the pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry
- Fluency in Latvian and English (Russian language skills are considered an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
