What will you be doing as Accountant Assistant?

  • Maintain complete accounting records, including supporting documents, in accordance with legal requirements and internal rules;
  • Support in the fulfillment of all related tax and/or legal obligations, including support in the preparation of the tax dossier; 
  • Collaborate in the organization of information for the preparation of monthly and annual reports, as well as for the preparation of reports and accounts.
  • Audits: participate and collaborate in all financial, management and/or other audits related to the company's activity;
  • Support in all administrative activities in the financial department

 

 

Who are you?

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or Finance;
  • OCC certified accountant.
  •  Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Portuguese native and English Fluent 
  • Experience how to use Office 365 tools and accountant software (Sage or SAP) is advantageous.
  • Personnel attributes: good verbal and written communication skills, high analytical capacity, attention to detail and problem solving, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to multitask and organize to meet deadlines, availability to work exclusively presential (workplace Lisbon),

 


The Finance Department

  • The Finance Department includes HR and Data Protection responsibilities,  
  • The overall responsibility of the finance department is to ensure long-term sustainable financial development by enabling intelligent business decisions and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations;
  •  Our office is located in Lisbon; 
    The department consists of 3 people, and you will report to the Finance Director.
