Your main tasks and responsibilities

•    Further develop knowledge management within Fill&Finish area by implementing a common corporate platform to gather information related to equipment and processes related to aseptic filling (filling / freeze-drying / isolators / preparation areas).
•    Provide pharmaceutical production expertise to support Fill&Finish production, new equipment/process implementation and lifecycle management
•    Identify opportunities for reduction of manufacturing costs and yield increase and support operational excellence initiatives within Fill&Finish at the different sites.

Interview with the Group Director Fill & Finish and the Expert Talent Aquisition - Assessment center in Lachen, Switzerland, in June 2026, Start date in September 2026

 

Your expertise and ideal skill set


•    Recent university graduate (master or equivalent in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnologies areas)
•    Max. 3 years of working experience after graduation (excl. internships)
•    Professional personality and a flexible team player
•    Curious and willing to grow in a people leader or a business professional role
•    Proactive and hands-on mindset
•    Data analysis and scientific approach
•    Willing to move internationally for work assignments
•    Fluency in French and English - additional languages are a plus

 

Your department - where you make an impact 

•    You will be part of the Corporate Fill&Finish (CFF) team - currently composed of 8 employees (part of MSAT group)
•    You will be working closely with manufacturing sites and other corporate functions (MSAT, corp engineering, corp purchasing, corp Sterility assurance, corporate operational excellence, R&D)
•    Line manager : the Group Director Fill & Finish

 

« CFF has a long history in working hand to hand with the manufacturing sites and other corporate functions to succeed in the challenges from both routine production and strategic projects for the group. Aim with this new position within CFF is to further develop the knowledge management within Fill&Finish area to improve efficiency in several aspects: training, troubleshooting, standardization, continuous improvement.
