What will you be doing as Associate Expert Panzyga 2.0 Operations ? 

Support production of the Panzyga 2.0 during the start-up and ramp-up phases :

• Provide technical and operational support for Panzyga 2.0 production activities

• Participate in validation activities relating to Panzyga 2.0

• Develop process expertise on one or more manufacturing process steps of Panzyga 2.0

• Investigate, optimize, study and improve the reliability of industrial installations and manufacturing processes in the Panzyga 2.0

Who you are ?
 

• Recent university graduate or PhD degree in biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, biophysics, life sciences or related disciplines
• Maximum 3 years of working experience (excluding internship)
• Willing and curious to potentially further develop in leadership or specialist role 
• Professional personality and flexible team player with potential, aligned with Octapharma's core competencies and strategy
• Strong self-reflection and active communication skills
• Fluency in French, in English, additional languages are a plus
• Willing to move internally for work assignments within Octapharma
• This position is open to people with disabilities

The Panzyga 2.0 Project ?
 

• The Panzyga 2.0 program aims to equip our site with a high-tech unit to develop our production capacities, starting from 2025
• This is the most important investment ever made at Lingolsheim, and one of the most important undertaken by the Group since its creation
• This program and the digitalization of our production process are leading to a major transition for our site
• For this purpose, we need to anticipate the evolution of knowledge, develop work organization and ensure the ramp-up of this new high production capacity expected by the Group
• Managing the transition requires change management, which will be led by our Transformation Director
• Hierarchical reporting to the Head of Operations Support of the Lingolsheim site
• Functional and support reporting to the site Transformation Director
