We are seeking

A highly motivated professional to join the corporate IT team as Lead Data Architect. In this newly created position, you will lead the implementation of the new data platform in Octapharma group. You will work together with an international team of business and IT team members on delivering high value data use cases. 

 

Your main responsibilities and opportunities

•    Define the future data architecture, technical framework, and data governance
•    Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
•    Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, data lakes, ML, and data warehouses
•    Ensure that solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment


Your Profile

•    Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, data models and technology management
•    Breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with deep subject matter expertise in some of the following areas: 

  • Data Platform
  • Cloud solutions
  • SQL, Azure SQL
  • NoSQL data bases (Cosmos DB)
  • Big Data and Data Warehouses including Azure Analytics,
  • Advanced Analytics including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, visualization tools as PowerBI, Qlik
  • Data Science
  • Machine Learning including Azure ML, ML Server, Python
  • Artificial Intelligence

•    Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
•    Previous 5+ years’ experience in data architecture and data science. 
•    You bring a drive for excellence and a positive “can do” approach.
