Group Associate Expert Human Rights Due Diligence (Temporary, 40%)

Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Contributing substantively to the implementation of a human rights due diligence project in line with international frameworks
- Conduct human rights risk assessments, including value chain considerations
- Support the mapping and prioritization of human rights issues
- Document Octapharma’s human rights due diligence activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. procurement, legal, compliance, HR, sustainability) to gather inputs and align on findings
Your expertise and ideal skill set
- 3-5 years overall work experience, ideally in human rights, legal, compliance, risk management, or related fields
- Practical experience related to human rights due diligence in a corporate context
- Familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g. UNGPs, OECD Guidelines, EU CSDDD)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international corporate setting
- Structured, reliable, and able to work independently in a project-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English; German is an advantage
