We are seeking


A highly motivated candidate to join our global HRIS team as Global Junior HRIS Analyst, who will report to Corporate HRIS Manager.

This position is ideal for individuals who desire to learn and work in a challenging fast pace, multicultural environment, are ambitious and driven. 

 

 

In this new role, you will 

 

  • gain understanding of HRIS and processes (SuccessFactors)
  • interact with all our HR teams across the organization on global level
  • be provided with supervision and assistance during your training period (SuccessFactors training, Processes, Reporting)
  • support the HRIS team reporting capabilities by creating, testing, and deploying various reports requested by the business
  • provide system trainings to key stakeholders (HR Business partners, Unit Heads)
  • participate in HRIS projects and implementation of system upgrades & modifications
  • test new system functionalities 

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have or will soon have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Technology
  • You have a first experience on Human Resources Information System (SuccessFactors or SAP ERP), or you are desired to learn, explore and realize your full potential
  • Strong problem solving
  • Strong data affinity, accurate, analytical thinking
  • Knowledge on digital tools is considered a strong asset
  • You can work on multiple assignments, prioritize tasks
  • You bring a drive for excellence and a positive “can do” approach
  • You are willing & eager to travel to our subsidiaries when needed
  • Advanced in English language (business); all other languages are an asset
