Your main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and SEO in close collaboration with affiliates and Corporate Communications.
  • Manage and act as the technical contact for content on global websites and digital platforms, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Collaborate with local markets, providing strategic guidance, support, and hands-on training to help them adopt global digital solutions and implement communication strategies tailored to local needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators for digital initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Maintain and update departmental pages and materials on the intranet, ensuring internal communication remains accurate, engaging, and up to date
  • Support all three IBUs in diverse digital projects and providing technical expertise across different areas of digital marketing and communication.

 

 

Your expertise and ideal skill set

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing or communications role, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven expertise with digital tools and platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, CXM, CRM systems, and analytics/tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience in Agile Project Management and the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Strong technical affinity, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and the confidence to provide support when needed.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

 

 

Your department - where you make an impact

 

  • The International Business Unit department (IBU) is divided into three Business Units: IBU Haematology, IBU Critical Care and IBU Immunotherapy plus an IBU Project Management team
  • The overall responsibility of the IBU department is to ensure long-term strategic development by enabling intelligent business decisions
  • We specialize in global medical marketing, strategic and business development, as well as pipeline project management
  • The department consists of 25 team members, and you will support all three business units while working in close collaboration with our affiliates and Corporate Communications.
  • This position is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave.
