Your new challenges which will inspire you:

 

  • Supporting and leading the business in setting up goal metrics and refine target metrics along with company leaders
  • Translates Operational Excellence needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful project completion
  • Act as a Team lead for the change team to ensure the completion of your team's work in a timely and effective manner
  • Provides input for local roadmap aligned with corporate OE and site management team
  • Oversee specialized trainings to assist employees with obstacles in the Operational Excellence transformation
  • Participate in providing guidance for continuous improvement by conducting/leading analysis and recommending effective solutions
  • Prepares periodic written reports for Steering Committee and Senior Managers regarding project status and keeps Architect and COE leadership informed of project direction; renegotiates direction as necessary
  • Makes presentations regarding project direction and recommendations to Senior Managers together with the performance owners

 

Your profile that will convince us:

  • Completed University degree in Technical science, natural science or business studies (or related)
  • First project work experience is required
  • First work experience in a similar function is beneficial
  • Project management skills are beneficial
  • Knowledge of operational Excellence is required (mostly lean)
  • GMP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strength in communication and presentation in German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as organizational strength

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.909,66. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
