Our Benelux subsidiary, based in Brussels, plays a key role in bringing the Octapharma portfolio to life in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. We’re on the lookout for a highly dynamic individual to represent our company in the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. Join our small, agile team of just 5 dedicated professionals, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager Benelux to make a real impact in this region.

What will you be doing as Key Account Manager BELUX?
- Plan, execute and coordinate sales activities across Belgium and Luxembourg to meet and exceed targets.
- Define clear actions & resources to achieve revenue targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in agreement with the management team.
- Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process (initiation, implementation and completion).
- Contribute to and attend national and international congresses.
Who are you?
- A motivated, results-driven sales pro who thrives on exceeding targets and operates with a ‘drive your own business’ mindset.
- Highly independent yet a strong team player, excelling in small, cross-functional teams with Medical, Sales, and Marketing
- Customer-centric, always focused on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
- Flexible and adventurous, willing to travel across BELUX and internationally for congresses and events, including evenings and weekends when needed
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease and continuously seeking innovative improvements
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent communication skills both spoken and written
