What will you be doing as Business Analyst?

 

Analyzing Business Processes:
Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where automation can add value. Develop and present business cases for proposed automation initiatives.

 

Designing and implement Automation Solutions:
Work closely with the technical team to design and refine automation solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are technically feasible. Participate in the creation of system requirements and specifications.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to business processes and automation efforts. Prepare and present reports on findings, insights, and recommendations.

 

User Training and Support:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new automated systems and processes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation.

Who are you?

 

Educational and Professional Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on process improvement and automation.

 

Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of hyperautomation tools and technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Integration platforms etc.). Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools.

 

Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data. Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

 

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

 

Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments. Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in hyper automation and related fields.

Additional information:
The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.909,67. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed. This is a legal requirement in Austria which is not applicable for Switzerland.
