We are seeking

A motivated person to join the Customer Service Team as Corporate Customer Service Manager. You will report to the Order Management and Supply Chain Processes Director and lead a team of 7 employees. 

 
The job

  • Signing responsible for the workflows within the department
  • And keeping them up to date by continues improvement and matching with industry standards
  • Supporting the department in developing and improving the daily business
  • Leading a team of 7 employees and ensuring high motivation and training level on all internal workflows
  • Responsible for an accurate reporting structure with focus on key activities and future development 
  • Daily contact with international customers in over 100 countries worldwide
  • Driving projects within the department, the team and together with other key stakeholder’s of Octapharma

 

Your profile

In this high-profile position you are the interface between Octapharma’s subsidiaries, its customers worldwide and other corporate stakeholders. You will be working as part of a highly motivated, energetic team and secure that the processes are effective and adapted to match the daily business needs. 
As the ideal candidate, you possess a solid commercial education and background, and have at least 5 years’ experience in customer service involving export or international trade. You should have already experience in leading a team either as direct reports or during projects and should have a natural ability to talk with people and developing them. 
A diploma or degree in export would be an advantage. You are motivated, flexible, can work independently, have good interpersonal and organizational skills, cope well with stress in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task and prioritize work effectively. You are fluent in both English and German. French would be of benefit.
